2012 Republican Party of Eau Claire County Annual Caucus - Saturday, March 10, 2012

Call to Caucus
The location and date for the 2012 Republican Party of Eau Claire County Caucus has been set. Our Caucus will be held on Saturday, March 10, 2012 from 1-4 (or sooner if we complete business early or later if we don’t) in the Green Briar room in the Ramada Hotel & Conference Center in downtown Eau Claire. The Ramada is located at 205 South Barstow St. in Eau Claire. Registration will begin at 12:00pm. The Caucus will start promptly at 1:00 pm and end when business is completed.
The caucus will involve the business of the Republican Party of Eau Claire County.
It is very important that we have good representation from all parts of the county to the Caucus. We encourage members in good standing to come and be part of this process. The day will also include a preview of the 2012 election cycle, comments from legislators, party leaders and other business as necessary.

You must be a member in good standing for 2011-2012 in order to vote at the March 10th caucus. If you have not already renewed your membership please make it a point to fill out and send in the included membership form along with the most generous donation you can. Membership forms must be in by midnight on February 29th in order to be eligible to vote at the caucus. Postmarks from the 29th will fulfill this requirement as well as any forms personally delivered to an officer of the party.

If you wish to be an alternate or delegate to the 3rd district caucus and state convention please email Chairman Westrate at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or if you don’t have access to email please call him at 715-577-5998. You must be a member in good standing of the RPECC in order to serve as an alternate or delegate to the district caucus or state convention. Serving as a delegate allows you to vote on the business conducted at those gatherings. This is an important duty and honor. Please contact me ASAP to get your name on the list.
